At Visual Architect, I aim to provide high-quality architectural services, drawings, and digital products. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Consultations & Services

Initial free consultations carry no cost and are non-refundable as no payment is taken.
For paid services (such as design work, planning applications, or visualisations), refunds are not available once work has commenced.
If you wish to cancel before work begins, please notify me in writing within 7 days of payment, and a full refund will be issued.

2. Pre-Designed House Plans & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of pre-designed plans, drawings, and digital products are final and non-refundable once delivered.
Please ensure you have reviewed the product description and suitability before purchase.
If you experience an issue accessing your files, contact me immediately and I will ensure you receive the correct product.

3. Custom Projects

For bespoke designs or tailored modifications to pre-designed plans, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the project is cancelled before significant work is undertaken.
Once design work is underway or drawings have been issued, refunds cannot be provided.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please contact me.

Include your name, purchase details, and reason for the request. All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
